Privacy Policy
What Coogee Boys' Preparatory School collects when you contact us, and what happens to it.
When You Make an Enquiry
If you use the enquiry form or email the School Office, we collect the details you give us so we can answer you. Nothing more.
That means your name, your email address, your phone number if you provide one, the year group you are asking about, and whatever you write in the message.
We use those details to reply to your enquiry and, where you have asked for one, to arrange a tour. We do not sell them, and we do not pass them to anyone outside the School.
When Your Son Is Enrolled
Enrolment involves a good deal more information, and it is handled under the School's full Privacy Policy rather than this page. That document sets out what is collected, why, how it is stored, who may see it, and how a family can ask to access or correct it.
Cookies
This site sets the cookies WordPress needs to work. It does not run advertising trackers.
Asking Us About Your Information
To ask what the School holds about you, to correct it, or to raise a concern about how it has been handled, ring the School Office on (02) 9398 6310 or email office@coogeeprep.nsw.edu.au.
If you are not satisfied with the School's response, the School's Complaints Handling Policy sets out what happens next.
